The following is a statement of our financial policy which we require that you read and sign prior to any treatment. It is our hope that this policy will facilitate open communication between us and help avoid potential misunderstandings, allowing you to always make the best choices related to your care.
We accept all PPO dental insurance but don't accept HMO or medical plans. Contact us if you have questions about your plan.
Please note that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company - we're not part of that agreement. We do provide certain services as a courtesy, like pre-treatment estimates, but it's up to you to know the details of your coverage. Make sure to contact your insurance company to find out your benefits, costs, and estimates before treatment to avoid any confusion later on.
Also, note that some or all of the services we offer may not be covered by your insurance. If that's the case, any remaining balance is on you, regardless of whether your insurance pitches in.
Regardless of your insurance status, you are responsible for all charges on your account. This includes dental fees, surgeries, tests, medications, and any other services not directly from the dentist. Payment is due when you receive services. If using insurance, copays and deductibles must be paid upfront unless we make other arrangements.
We accept cash, credit card, check, FSA, or third-party financing as payment options.
